Course Registration
To book a place on any of our courses, either: -

All bookings must be made with a completed application form and all payments must be received in advance of the course start date.

Course Joining Instructions
Course participants will be sent a letter with course details within 48 hours of Alpha receiving their completed application form. The pack will include a map with directions and any pre-course material that need to be completed.

Participants will receive handouts and workbooks, as appropriate on the day of the course.

Courses will begin at 9.30am and end at 4.30pm unless otherwise specified.

All delegates will receive a certificate of attendance upon successful completion of the course.

Course Waiting Lists
If a date is not set for a training course, delegates will be placed on a waiting list and contacted as soon as a date has been confirmed. Should there be insufficient demand for a course, we will offer you an alternative, where ever possible.

Cancelling a Course Place
Alpha reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. Delegates will be offered an alternative date.

If delegates cancel or do not attend a course on which they have been booked, a replacement can take the named delegate’s place. If this is not possible to arrange, a charge will be made as below:

Notice of cancellation prior to course start date 
28 – 15 days: 50% of the course fee
14 – 8 days:  75% of the course fee
7 days:  100% of the course fee

Transfer to another course date
28 – 15 days: 25% of the course fee
14 – 8 days: 50% of the course fee
7 days: 100% of the course fee

Course Costs
All course costs shown are exclusive of VAT. The course cost includes refreshments and a buffet lunch.

Course Evaluation
Participants will be issued with an evaluation form for each course, which must be completed on the day and returned to the trainer. All recommendations will be considered and will form part of our continuous development.

Payment should be made prior to the course start date. Accepted methods of payment are cheque, credit card or BACS transfer. Any queries regarding invoicing and payment should be made to the Financial Controller who can be contacted on 0844 33 505 87.
